Pillow is good quality and I like the removable outer cover. Not firm enough for my tastes though. It seems pretty thin. I would prefer a firmer inner pillow option, possibly foam based.

I like it but my head is flatter than what I can stand. I’ve been using the pillow for back, under legs, between legs when on my side. I’m dealing with back and hip issues and it’s been great for that!
