I'm probably in the minority, but I really do not like the pillow. I think it's myself, not the pillow. Just not right for me. Even after "fluffing" or "refreshing" does not have the support or firmness.

I can’t even say I had high expectations for this pillow. Just wanted something that didn’t overheat (this one’s fine in that dept) and wouldn’t completely flatten out as soon as I put my head on it.
I’m a side sleeper, and my previous pillow had flattened to the point I had to put my arm all the way under it to support my head. I wanted to upgrade to something that would last longer, and that I could just slip a hand under when I wanted to but always feel supported. Thought that would be the Casper, but literally a week in it looked super flat even just sitting on my bed. After 2 weeks it was nearly too flat to use by itself, and it hadn't even been that fluffy or supportive out of the box—I certainly didn’t sleep any better on it. My head sank in, the fluff would separate under it. I wanted to return it, but had some return fatigue after the winter holidays and just didn’t bother.
Several months later, it’s gotten even flatter and it's super lumpy. It’s basically unusable. I’ve enjoyed my Casper mattress, but this pillow was extremely disappointing—I would not recommend it at all.

Too flat

Tried this pillow for a few nights, but it is way too flat. If I folded it in half, it would be a great height but who wants to do that every night. The pillow itself seems to be a good quality and great for a stomach sleeper, but not for a side sleeper like me.
