I felt like the pillow was comfy enough but I have literally spent the last 5 hours(not lying) trying to get these pillows to dry. I followed all the suggested instructions and I have a great washer/dryer and not only can I not get the moisture out after 5 spin cycles and 4 dry cycles but its filling is clumped together and wont release!! I have not only wasted my time all day but looks like I may have wasted my money. I did send an email to the company but haven't heard back. I swear I have wasted a large amount of electricity on this attempt to clean these pillows. I give up

We purchased two pillows because we loved the bed. But the pillows did not live up to our expectations of Casper. At first the pillow seemed decent but after a couple weeks/months the pillow is flat as can be and feels like nothing. Would not recommend there pillows.
