Pillows are super important to me and my sleep. I was so excited for the Casper Pillow to arrive. The over all impression was great but after sleeping on it for a week, it unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Pillows can be tricky, I happen to fall asleep on my side and then I end up on my back. I love the softness but it’s almost too soft and doesn’t give my 49 year old shoulders enough support. My head sunk in too much from the softness and added too much pressure on my shoulders resulting in achy shoulders, and waking up through the night to readjust. This pillow would be perfect if it had a little more support in the middle. We are all different so Maybe you could offer a Pillow range of 1. Soft 2. More middle support with softness around 3. Firm middle support with softness around?? I will be returning my 2 king size pillows:/
