To my absolute surprise and delight, I have (finally) found a pillow that is perfect for me. Comfort levels in pillows and mattresses vary by person, and I have had the too firm, too soft, problem for years. So purchasing the Casper mattress and pillow was a gamble for me, but this time I won! Love them both. The pillow is comfortable in every way, and is neither too firm nor too soft for me. My first impression, based upon feel and appearance, was that it would be too firm. But that changed after my first night sleeping with it. Five stars for sure!

The pillow feels very nice at first with soft support. However, the inside material moves around too much resulting in most of it ending up towards the back of the pillow resulting in little support for the neck. This leads to aches and pains unfortunately. If only there were more material in the pillow so every side remained supportive. I do realize my preferences won't be universal, so maybe a couple of options would be good.

Totally would and have recommended the pillow. We only bought it to increase the value of our mattress purchase to qualify for a discount, but worth full price.I am very picky about my pillows and this has replaced my contour cooling gel pillow that I have lugged everywhere I go for years!!

I’ve had the pillow for 3 months now and haven’t woke up once with a stiff or sore neck. It holds up well and doesn’t shift the guts side to side regardless always staying in the same position. I do flipnut every few days but it’s built really well! So glad I decided to finally purchase a good pillow.
