I like sleeping w my Casper pillow when it is either bunched up or on top of another pillow. By itself it seems flat and although v soft and bunchable not supportive. I want to like it. Not sure if I will keep it. My boyfriend on the other hand really loved the pillow on the first couple of nights and three weeks in he is a little on the fence. He needs some more nights to definitively figure out if he is keeping it or not. He likes this better than his old pillow but not sure if the Casper beats out a new pillow.

One of the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever had. It's basically the amount of support as a duvet cover., which isn't much. Definitely overpriced for the lack of support.
It's basically two pillows in one - you can separate them easily. As a side sleeper, I use the one with more support for my neck and the one with less support for the side of my face. Once I discovered this, it's the only reason I didn't return it. Still needs more support, but significantly better to use as two pillows.
