I have LOVED my Casper mattress (going on 3 + years) and was so excited to order the pillows. Unfortunately, they are too soft and there are times when my head goes too deep in the pillow and I have to make an 'air pocket' to breathe. I seem to be fluffing it up during the night for comfort or folding in half to get any kind of support. I bought 2 King size pillows for my husband and I and he doesn't seem to have this issue although he prefers to sleep on his stomach without a pillow. I am thinking I might have a pillow that has no inside pillow as noted in the video. I am not returning it but really disappointed in the quality of this pillow especially for the price. I have purchased cheaper pillows with much better support. I will not be recommending this product.

I thought this might be better than my old memory foam pillow, so I gave it a try. It is nice and fluffy, but not as supportive/as good as my memory foam pillow. I wear a full face mask for a cpap machine, so that may have made the memory foam work better for me. Great pillow for hugging though
