Not what I would expect from Casper

It is a basic pillow with no memory foam. As soon as you lay your head on it, it flattens and makes it as if you are not on a pillow at all. Will be returning.

This is a nice pillow. It’s well well made and comfortable. I don’t think it’s the ultimate pillow for both side and back sleepers. As a back sleeper it had the right amount of head support. As a side sleeper; I find it needs more loft and end up adding a folded towel underneath. My wife who is specifically a back sleeper really enjoys it.

While the pillow seems like it would be very comfortable for back sleepers and probably belly sleepers, I must try to sleep on my side as much as possible. It is decidedly uncomfortable when sleeping on your side. If I fold it in half, more than doubling its thickness, it is quite comfortable, but any movement over night and I lose the “fold”.

The pillow was so nice when I tried it in store, but when I slept on it, I affected my sleep negatively as it flattened out and wasn't so firm. It's a sense pillow but doesn't hold the shape of my head and I ended up with a crick in my neck after a couple of nights. It was painful, and I wouldn't recommend it to people.

Love, love, love. This pillow is so plush, so fluffy, so supportive ... I can't believe I've wasted so many years of sleep without them! I've replaced ALL the pillows in my house now with these ... and will send them along to college with my son as well. I'll even send these as gifts now. They are awesome!
