Good but not great.

I have been using the new pillow for a little over a week now. It is a very comfortable pillow no matter what position i choose to sleep in. The only downside that I have found is that it gets hot father quickly and holds the heat in. Other than the heat problem, pretty good pillow.

Soft yet Supportive

The pillow is good. I come from sleeping on a tempurpedic memory foam pillow which had great support, but, sleeps hot.The Casper Pillow doesn't provide that same level of support, but the trade off of not waking up at night sweaty is welcomed.

The pillow wasn’t comfortable because My Head and neck didn’t stay in a neutral position when sleeping on my side. Also, we had problems with the shipments. The shipping boxes are too flimsy and got crushed badly and we had one pillow that was damaged. Now I have to find another box to return them in. Not pleased at all.

The pillows are so soft that you feel like your head is on a cloud. And if the pillows get messy, it us very easy to fix. Unlike store bought pillows, Casper pillows still retain their fluff.
