Well made bike rack that easily installs on a trailer hitch. Easy to put bikes on rack. Nice that there are no contact points with the bike frame. Bike is held in place by the front wheel.

Bought this rack and the 2 bike add on so I could leave it on (w/out bikes) when parked in the garage. Great function. Easy to use. Assembly instructions were abysmal, hence the 4 stars. Make a video and send a link in the instruction manual.
I probably should have sprung for the XTR - now that I have this one, I'm realizing that wheels and the integrated bike lock would be nice. Not the product's fault - it was my choice.

I have had many hitch racks and this is by far the best use I have experienced. I have multiple size bikes, types, and wheel sizes. The rack adjusts easily to all of them. IN addition, I needed a part and it was easy to order and replace. I would highly recommend this brand.

I reviewed a number of bike racks on YouTube and the T2 Pro X looked like what I wanted. It wasn't difficult to put together, although I think the instillation instructions could be improved. I feel the best feature is the way the hitch snugs up with the vehicle's hitch connection. There was no jiggle in the rack and the bikes are solidly held in place.

this is my second T2 Pro x bike rack. The first one went through many years of NH summers and winters. The T2 has been redesigned a little, which i like. I look forward to seeing how long this one last. BTW i gave my old T2 to my neighbor who is still using it.
