I have had this rack for 2 yrs and never a problem. I wish the USA version had the built in light like the European version. I add led lights to mine

I purchased my Thule EZ Fold bike rack two days ago from my local bike shop. When I removed it from the box it looked good. This was my first purchase of a Thule bike rack. When I removed the long clamping arms I noticed paint missing. It was like they had placed the arm over the bad spot to hide it. I am disappointed in the quality control of this expensive bike rack.

Thule is the best. While this is a heavy until by weight, it seems lighter bc it's so compact. And the added wheels make a huge difference!:) The ramp is so so and flimsy but it does help some. And this rack still shakes some over bumps etc but Ininow the bikes are secure.

I bought this last month. It arrived on time and in good shape. We used it for the first time this week. It took a couple of tries to figure out the best orientation on the rack for a Trek Verve 3+ and a Specialized Turbo Tero 3. The clamps and straps hold the bikes firmly to the rack.
It feels solidly attached to a 2" receiver hitch with very little movement when loaded with the 2 ebikes. It has a good rise from the receiver to the rear of the rack making it too tall for the folding ramp to be useful when loading bikes on the back of a Ram 1500. Waiting on a hitch for our minivan amd suspect the rack height will make the ramp very usable.

I bought this Thule rack and it took 2- 3 attempts before I learnt to both install the rack, remove the rack, and to load up my bikes to it. Once I got it, it only takes me a couple of mins to put it up and to bring it down now. Straight forward.

Love this bike rack. This rack is very easy to load and unload bikes quickly. It is also rated for two heavy E bikes and comes with a ramp to load these heavy bikes - love it. The ability to get into the hatch with bikes on, plus the ease of removing the rack and rolling it away make this the all time best bike rack for those with a trailer hitch.
