Fits my stock 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport Perfectly

Positive: Lightweight, Compact and Portable - Holds my Giant Roam-E bikes with rubbing / touching or having to move seats and or handlebars. Very happy that I did not need a hitch extension for my Jeep which would add more steps and more play / wobbling
Negative: The arms that clamp to the bike don't have a lot of available positions to move them in to grab the bars on the bike. Especially for these e-bikes. It makes it a bit more time consuming than those that just support bikes from the tires. A big reason for me buying this model was the ramp, but ended up just lifting the bikes on, because even though my hitch isn't really that high, the ramp is much too short, making it too steep. That coupled with having too many obstacles to just wheel it up, like the fastening arm needing to fit through the frame, pedals etc.
Summary: If easy loading / unloading is a top priority I don't think I'd recommend this one for you. I like the compact size / portability and the fact that it fits my Jeep perfectly, so I'll live with the loading unloading issues. If the clamps were more versatile / ramp was longer I would have given 5 stars.
Thule has a longer ramp available, but that's more $$ to an already pricey rack. Plus it won't stow away inside the unit.

Time Proves This Rack

Interesting how most of the earlier reviews where the owners had serious issues, I very nearly had the same issues because I didn't follow the instructions--this is so intuitive to set up and use, I thought I had it wired and barely paid attention to Thule's instructions and warnings.
Narrowly missing having a bike come off because I didn't property secure the knob--just tightening it isn't all there is, and when the clutch kicks in for a click or two can be deceiving and the jaws can 'settle' and get another 3/4 turn to be fully engaged--forced me back to read a little more than I had.
Now, many thousands of miles of use later, this remains in the realm of not the simple-minded racks I've used in the past, I have to pay real attention to make sure I've done my job properly, but it is the best overall rack I've ever owned. How it secures to the car and locks, hugely functional and important; how the bikes secure to the rack, straightforward and also truly secure.
Different types of bikes can be almost a strain to fit into place--my wife's Verve e-bike and my FS mountain bike were nearly a contortionist's nightmare, but we made it--but once in place and locked, we don't worry no matter what the road conditions are.
I do wish Thule (or someone else) made an effective bike cover to keep the bikes clean while in transit; make it, and I will buy.

I used my new Thule Easy Fold for the first time today. It attached to the hitch perfectly and with no problem. I was able to get my e-bike on it with no issues. The bike was solely secure. The ramp that comes with it is very short, so I was happy that I had purchased the Easy Fold XT Long Loading Ramp. I am 67 years and easily did it by myself. Worth the price!

We bought our Thule Easyfold a few weeks ago and love it. It’s intuitive, strong, and simple to use. It holds two 60 pound ebikes and folds down out of the way, so we can open and access our SUV hatch with both bikes loaded. After the bikes are off, the Thule rack is easy to remove from the vehicle, folds up to the size of a small suitcase, and rolls on built in wheels when not in use. This portability is a huge. The built-in ramp is a bit short and flimsy for us but not a game changer (I typically hoist the bikes into place without it). Overall great design - solid 4.9 stars.

Great rack

I'm 72 it's old and still riding so I wanted a rack that was already assembled, easy to attach to car and easy to attach bikes to the rack. The easy fold fits all these requirements. I loaded two 66 lb bikes myself and installed and removed the rack in under 10 minutes. Some key things to remember: make sure the rack post is fully inserted into the hitch. Make sure the clip

Compact size for storage

We own 2 Pedego electric bikes. It is a puzzle every time to fit the bikes because one tends to forget how. Bikes are scratched because the pedals knock and scrape into the other bike's frame. More space between such bikes would be very helpful. (Improvement tips for Thule design team?) I like the foldability , moveability of the rack and minimum effort to attach to car. Another feature I like is that the rack can be tilted back with bikes on the rack and have access to my trunk. The extra long straps I bought later are very expensive for it just being plastic, I think Thule could have delivered the rack with longer straps to begin with. The gutter guide to roll the bikes onto the rack I have mixed feelings about. They are flimsy, slide around and when stored inside the rack I couldn't make them fit very well, they are now parked inside my car trunk. The bike arms, to hold and lock the bikes in place, I need 2 hands to unlock them to move them around to find the right spot to attach to the bikes, all plastic (plastic/nylon?) parts and I wonder how long they will last. I personally need 2 people to load 2 bikes just to avoid scratching and nicking the bikes. But I am happy with my bike rack, it is compact when stored in garage and it has 2 wheels when moved.

Terrific Carrier

We've used myriad carriers for 2 & 4 bikes over the years. My wife now has a heavy electronic Pedego. This rack is great on the back of an SUV for the Pedego & my Trek road bike. We've been using this rack for the past few years.
The central clamps are not forgiving & bikes need to be properly positioned. But I've yet to be inconvenienced by this. And for a heavier electric bike, this carrier has been great. It's also easy to store!

I'm writing this because folks need info when shopping for a good bike rack, especially at this price. The rack is delivered totally put together. Just lift it out of the box. Youtube.com how to put the rack on and attach the bikes. It will really help. I have used it on a Tacoma pickup and Subaru Outback. Both very easy to attach. I have two heavy Pedego ebikes. Having watched the video it was easy to attach them. I saw one person mentioned his bikes were stolen along with the rack. Both the knobs on the bikes and the one attaching it to the trailer hitch lock. Not sure why this happened. The knobs just spin; no way to loosen them. The rack attaches very securely to the hitch. Easy technique to do it. Watch the video! My bikes attach very securely. When the clamp is really tight it lets you know; it makes a clicking sound and won't tighten anymore. The wheel straps also are very easy to secure. I drove down a bumpy freeway today and the rack made slight up and down motions. Wasn't worried; they are on securely. The ramp that comes to help you put it on is pretty steep but it works. Just make sure it is in the ramp properly. Watch the video. The wheels that come on it are very handy, but also have a plastic bracket attaching each one. Mine broke, hence the 4 star rating. I only carry it a short distance and the carrying handle built in is good and makes it easy. It is pricey but does what you want; easy to put on and take off, and the bikes are secure. I am very happy I bought it. Have made many trips with it and no issues. Did I mention you should youtube.com the videos for it????? The directions that came with it were clear as mud. Just watch the videos!!
