Super easy to install and use!

It would be nice if Thule would make a clamp that would accommodate the larger, rectangular tubing housing the battery. It was difficult to find an adequate spot to secure the clamp on my Rocky Mountain "Altitude" powerplay.

long trip discovered rim bent

Just drove down to Florida from Canada with two ebikes to find that the outside ebike's rear wheel completely bent and massively deformed. Mounted correctly and secured the whole trip and can't understand how this could happen. Taking to repair, I hope but concerned that this Rack will do it again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great e bike carrier

This bike carrier is absolutely wonderful, and worth every penny. I have a few eat bikes that are hard to fit on a carrier and accommodate the extra weight, the spy carrier was recommended by the bike store I bought from and it turned out to be everything and more. Totally recommend it for anyone Hauling e-bikes!!!!!!!

Had to watch a short YouTube video to understand how everything worked, but now understand and enjoy. Use with 2 ebikes one of which is Aventon’s giant Aventure We use an extra strap around frame/bikes because some reviewers said the bikes fell off. I can’t see how if straps are attached correctly and not cracking - but just in case.

My wife and her mother have both found the rack easy to use, light enough and maneuverable enough to mount themselves, and a solid answer to her mom's needs. It is very solid when mounted correctly, and nearly intuitive on how to use. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice from the dozens of racks we considered. We feel confident that it is secure for her E-bike, which at it's cost and weight was important for us in choosing a rack.

Outstanding rack for seniors

After much research and purchasing another model rack (that I returned), I purchased one of these. I am in my 70's and have considerable damage to both of my rotator cuffs... which means lifting something as heavy as bike rack is a problem, especially if I am trying to store it by lifting it up to hangon a garage wall. The compact size when folded and the wheels make it SO EASY to roll out to the car and also to return to a spot to store it. Easy to attach to our hitch when needed. It was a real game changer for us.

Just used for the first time...meandering in rush hour traffic on I-95, from rural MD to the Pocono Mountains. Easy to install, connect two heavy Specialized e-bikes, and they travelled flawlessly on the back of my pick up. A good investment.
