Secure bike rack

Easy to use. I feel confident that the bike is secure on the rack. It is very heavy to lift into the hitch. Glad it has wheels to transport to garage. Has some sway when traveling. Love the locking features!
This is a great rack for all bikes...including my lighter weight e-bikes. The rack is fairly light, easy to install. The ramp is a bit less than perfect...but the rest of the rack is sweet!
Just purchased the rack and have used it once. Still a little reserved but happy with it so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some good and mostly bad

I like the compactness of the reach and it’s easy to hook up to the hitch, but I struggle way too much with securing bikes. My ebike is longer and it’s hard to get it situated just right to be able to strap the wheels in. The arms can work loose from the bike frame and has caused paint to be rubbed off. They are also awkward lengths and positions and the knobs are big. I can only use the far one for my full suspension MTB. I had the Pro series before this one and only upgraded because of the ebike. The Pro was great, not the easy fold
I'm happy with the purchase. It is sturdy but a little heavy to mount. Would be good if it also folded upwards so it is low profile. Currently, it sticks out even when in storage mode.
Heavy, but other than that it nicely meets our needs for transporting our electric bikes. Keep it on the back of your car or truck, not recommended for a trailer.
I have bought this rack for Florida home and now for Virginia. Easy to put on car and easy to connect ebikes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not suitable for 2nd bike if 1st bike is an e-bike

I have an electric bike that has the battery built into the approx. 45° angle down tube. We couldn't find any place on the U shape that would allow for attachment with the long arm to a 2nd traditional bike as the e-bike blocked everything up. To secure the 2nd bike we used the wheel straps and a rope to tie the bike to the frame. Happily it was for short medium medium speed distances, I would not do a highway or long distance trip with a 2nd bike secured in this manner. My positive feeling is that the locking system is terrific.
