Bikes will not fit

It was very easy to put on my hitch. Then I put the ramp on and preceded to load the first of my 2 Pedego Boomerangs. The ramp worked ok. Then I notice a problem with my pedals fitting. It took me about 10 minutes to get this bike secure. When loading my next boomerang I immediately saw a problem. There was not enough room to load because the pedals hit the other bike when using the ramp. Would not recommend for boomerang ebike.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This bike rack is designed to support a wide range of ebikes. Unfortunately, not every style or size of frame can be tested for compatibility due to the wide variety currently available. Disappointing Purchase

I've had this bike rack for about nine months now and the more I use it, the more I dislike it. So many moving parts and it's very cumbersome. With the two clamps side by side between the frame, if you don't turn your pedals just right, the bike gets knocked out of position and you need to keep readjusting. I'm also not impressed with the clamp itself. The only position in which I can secure it has already damaged the bike frame (picture attached). The lock seems very flimsy too. Already the key gets stuck unless I jostle it a bit. Even locked, it doesn't seem secure - like one good pothole and it could easily pop open. I've resorted to a bike lock as a fourth measure of security since I don't trust the rack. The ramp to load and unload the bike. Not a bad idea, but definitely room for improvement. Depending upon temperature, the ramp requires brute force to either insert or remove.
I miss the arm hooks of my old rack. They were far more secure and didn't do any damage to my bike. The Thule EasyFold XT is the most disappointing purchase I've ever made.

Bought this rack after speaking with family members who found it to be lighter compared to most hitch racks. Also pretty sturdy driving on the highway. If you have a mountain bike or big tires you need to buy the extension straps. Also wish a brake light was installed but not a deal breaker.

I bought the Thule Easy Fold XT as it was the only e-bike capable bike rack that would fit my 2023 Volvo XC60 factory hitch. It is very easy to place in the town hitch and to use. My only negative comment is that the Easy Fold XT does not include lights or is it easy to add a light set. Thule offers a light board that can be placed on the bike of the trailer, it is difficult to place

Secure bike rack

Easy to use. I feel confident that the bike is secure on the rack. It is very heavy to lift into the hitch. Glad it has wheels to transport to garage. Has some sway when traveling. Love the locking features!
