Love this bike rack! Bought a Kuat; what a mistake. Returned and got this. My bike fell off the Kuat due to a wheel strap that broke while driving down the road and was ruined. This rack is 1000% better than the Kuat. I originally bought the single bike rack, and am now buying this 2 bike version. Can't go wrong with this rack.

Currently using this rack right now for our trip to the desert from Co. Super simple to function and reasonably light weight for a rack like this. Can't get easier to put bikes up on and securely holds the bikes in place. A definite winner, get one when you can.

Design is perfect. Quality is terrible. I loved this rack when I first got it. I did everyday and load and unload bikes on it multiple times a day. All the ratcheting teeth and parts are plastic and they wore out after about 3 months of use. Thule sent me a replacement but the locks didn't work on the replacement and the teeth just wore out again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
