Inside where you screw the gas holes is cracked so the gas would leak out. I was remodeling my 97 years old mom’s home. I thought when I found someone to connect everything I could her back home.

Hoping for fast help

We have had problems with the burners trying to ignite when it’s already lit. Had to have pro come out and check gas line. The men who installed didn’t properly hook the line up and it was leaking gas into our home!

Beautiful Range

We have had this range nearly two years using only the cook top. It works well. Throws ALOT of heat, even on simmer. The burner knobs get too hot to touch frequently. We recently decided to use the oven before warranty expiration and the igniter is not working at all on the main oven knob and sporadically with the secondary oven knob. Also have rust on a couple of the caps and the grates are wearing pretty bad with minimal usage. Temperature control with the supplied gauge is difficult, we will be using an external probe/gauge if we continue to use this oven.

Not working upon install

We had the installation completed and tried the large oven 3 days later. The oven does not heat up.
