Faulty gas and hot to the touch

This range has given us problems for over a year. It’s hot to the touch when the oven is on, if it turns on at all. Igniting the oven takes someone who’s done it before and requires you to look for actual flame because you can’t rely on it to just work. Sometime trying to get the oven to work won’t work at all! Or it will ignite and blow out over and over again during the preheat process. It’s extremely frustrating. And then the cook is super uneven when it is working. Some of the range burners also click incessantly, even once ignited. Overall very displeased.

SMALL ISSUE

SO FAR THINGS ARE GOING SMOOTHLY. STOVE WAS DELIVERED A LITTLE LATE, SMALL STOVE WILL NOT TURN ON. I DID REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. REVIEWS MENTIONED THEY WERE PRETTY PROMPT WITH ISSUES. I AM HOPING THAT IS THE CASE WITH MINE. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED FROM THE COMPANY TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITUATION. I'M WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM FOR FIXING DATE. SO FAR FROM BEGINNING TO END IT HAS BEEN 1 MONTH.

Nice Appearance, Early Malfunction

Unfortunately within a month of use we are already experiencing some malfunctions. The automated email support has responded quickly. I am currently waiting for an actual technician to respond. Once I hear back I can update my review. I am mostly concerned to register my product.

Difficult to get repaired

Hard to get warranty on file. Stove cooks too fast and oven cooks too fast. Even after adjusting for time based on instructions still difficult to cook on

Issue with small oven

The oven is great, but the left side oven stopped working on us within the warranty period. I'm trying to register the warranty so I can get it serviced.

Love my range!

It is a work course that does exactly what I ask of it - cooks my food effectively and evenly. I love the convection option so that I don’t have to have a separate air fryer taking up space.

Good Range but Oven Ignitor is already out

Bought this in July 2023, the oven ignitor already broken. Following up to see how this can be repaired or if covered under manufacturer warrantee. Will enter more once I hear back. Seems weird that I have to create a review in order to register the product
