I have wanted one of these for a long time and received one as a Christmas present.
I have used it a half dozen times and have not been disappointed. The steak and pork chops I have made were excellent! Using this feels like cheating.
The app is awesome, makes everything really easy.

Great sous vide device made even better when combined with the Breville+ app. It took me a while to fully explore the app especially how to turbo sous vide but now I use the turbo function all the time to quickly sous vide steaks.

So easy to use also it’s beautiful. I’ve done steaks and chicken and pork and even tried ribs. Everything cooks perfectly. I am on call for my job a lot and as I’m cooking I like that I can be working on all the little things for dinner and when I’m ready to serve I can take the meat out of the bag and sear it real quick.

The device works great and the app is great but I hate that it doesn’t have any controls at the unit. I have to use my phone / app to control it. If the app is down or my phone isn’t working I’m out of luck. I hate the possibility that my device might outlast the app support. If Breville decides to quit supporting the app or anything else happens with it, my device is worthless.
