Took on a 2 1/2 week roadtrip and performance was exceptional! Used part refrigeration/part freezer… did not get to use ice cube tray yet. Found the phone app to be very useful.

It dose work but I would think it would come with a battery
This thing is super fast whether you are using it for fridge or freezer. Game changer for me when I go overlanding. Great battery life and easy to operate.
Wasn't really interested in a portable fridge, but this figured what the heck when there was a fash sale. It acutally came in great for some outdoor BBQs and kid's birthday parties we had. No need to run out to by ice for a cooler, and if you need ice for drinks, it makes those too! It can keep frozen popsicles for the kids on one side, and drinks on the other. We never ran out of ice. It's is bigger and heavier than I imagined it to be though.
Unit has exceeded my expectations! Has performed very well.

Great Device- But you must understand howto use it

It maintains freezer levels in 110 degree Arizona. The battery is a must have - solar doesn't work without the battery. My Glacier is fully power by a solar panel. You must understand the Glaciers power inputs ( Yes volts/amps/watts) and how to use them or you won't be happy. The battery - it can charge in the glacier or as a standalone unit. Think of it as a big phone power bank with usb c. If you try to charge the battery with a USB-C phone wall block ( (20watts) it will take 22 hrs- this battery wants 100 watts input then it will charge it only 4 hrs.(You can charge the battery the cooler in 4 hrs with AC or 100watt USB-C charger). This battery will also run your laptop for hours via usb c.
So here are the limitations in simple terms ( yes its more complicated) - we want to charge the battery and run the cooler at the same time. The compressor takes 120 watts. Via 120V A/C - the power limit is 180 watts - the compressor gets 120watts - battery gets 60 watts - if the compressor was to run all the time ( it won't) because of high outdoor temp it will take 6 1/2 hrs to charge the battery.
12 Volt Car Power 96 watt limit - so you can run the compressor at 75% capacity with no battery charging - once your at set temp - then the battery will charge in 4 hrs. But if your not driving , the car battery doesn't have the reserve to start your car ( setting in software) and run the cooler for long periods.
24 Volt Car Power 192watt limit - runs the compressor at full power and charges that battery at 80% speed. But can charge the battery at 223 watts in less than 2 hrs ( because of 24 volts) without the compressor running.
Solar Input Power ( 11-60 volts 13 amp max - 240 watts) ( Glacier can handle a solar panel directly). You want a solar panel at the highest voltage [24/36 volt panel] and highest watts. Solar is the fastest way to charge at 240watts. The best case is a panel that can produce 240 watts during cloudy days. Remember that you only .get about 5 hrs of good sun and you want to charge as fast as possible in case it gets cloudy
My Glacier maintains itself overnight (freezer level) even in 110 degree temps in Arizona with only being connect to a solar panel. Eco Flow tech is is great and there support is great also.

Nearly Perfect Van Fridge - Great for Vanlife

PROS:
- DUAL ZONE – but optional! It’s not a fixed dual-zone, which is so nice. I don’t usually use the freezer, but I like having the option. When you insert the divider wall, the fridge automatically detects it and splits the controls into two zones. Also, the divider stores on the underside of the lid—super convenient.
- PHONE CONNECTIVITY: Fantastic. This fridge stays in my camper van, and I can control the temperature from the front seat.
- BATTERY: The included battery is a game-changer. I don’t have to worry about it draining my Delta 2 (which powers the fridge for 1–3+ days depending on the outside temperature), because even if it does, the fridge’s internal battery kicks in and powers it for about a day. I can’t overstate how convenient this is. I don’t recommend buying this without the battery.
- ICEMAKER: This is what sold me. Now I can make lattes in the back of my van—insane. Ice takes anywhere from 10–20+ minutes to make, depending on whether you choose small or large pieces (you get the option), and whether the icemaker is “warmed up.” After the first use, it makes ice faster.
-------
CONS:
- ECO MODE: Even on Eco Mode, it still draws a decent amount of power from my Delta 2. I’ve had cheaper powered coolers that use less energy to maintain 38°F. I think Eco Mode could be more efficient. I’d be fine with a wider temperature range (say, ±4°F from the target) if it meant using less power.
- ICEMAKER DESIGN: While I love having an icemaker, I think certain parts of the design weren’t fully thought through. For one, it’s not waterproof internally. It works by freezing a small pool of water around metal posts, but even with the lid closed, it tends to dribble water while driving. That water runs down the back and side—right where all the vital components are: the compressor vents, battery, etc. There’s also a drain plug, but it’s just a rubber tube you unhook whenever you want to drain it. It feels like an afterthought—kind of rudimentary. I can’t really use it as-is in my van, so I’ll be building a drainage line that routes the water away from the fridge and over the bumper to the ground.
-------
SUMMARY: I'm so glad I have this fridge as it's one of my favorite products. It's perfect for my travelling needs and integrates with the rest of my EcoFlow products seamlessly (Delta 2 + Alternator Charger). If you're not getting this for any sort of vanlife, consider how often you'll be carrying it around; you may need to purchase the additional wheels, because this thing isn't light!
