Professional look and function

Love the look and function of this range. Haven't used all the functions yet but it has a great design, lots of room, and performs well. The name badge on the front of my unit was upside down, an error on the assembly but just an aesthetic issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the range 2 months ago & I’m so happy with it. It has a lot of features like the convection oven, air fryer & the glide rack that is fully extendable that makes food preparation easier. This rack can be pulled away without rubbing the sides of the oven wall. The stove has a double burner for bigger pots. Overall, it’s a very nice range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this stove in May 2021 and it was delivered in the fall 2021 as we were waiting for the matching fridge to come in ( review on that one too). The very first time we went to use the large element there was a spark that came from the knob which then shorted out the large element, a smaller element and the warming element. The service man said one of the wires inside appear to be pinched in production (don't they test these before they send them to be sold?). He had to come back with a new knob to install. Then the other element still didn't work and he had to come back and replace more parts. I attempted to use the meat probe on Thanksgiving. The oven said the turkey was ready and it looked ready but the entire underside of the turkey was not cooked. (won't be using that again). I used the air fryer option (my husband wanted this stove because he thought that would be a cool feature) I used it once! Too messy to clean up and the tray is hard to clean and it doesn't even come close to fitting in the sink. I do like the rapid boil element! Since the stove was delivered it didn't seem to cook properly. Almost everything I have cooked in the oven had to be cooked way longer than any recipe says to. I called for service again and he tested the temperature of the oven. 80 degrees out! (still waiting for parts) Which explains why everything took so long to cook and the turkey was half raw. Don't they test anything prior to sending it out to be sold? Although the look of the stove is nice, for the price you sure don't get what you pay for and we paid a lot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tons of Features but...

We made the switch from gas to electric and chose this one based on numerous functions and a smaller profile.
We wish we would have thought more about the air fry functionality and how inconvenient that rack is for normal baking. If you want to make a few dozen cookies and use multiple racks in the oven, don't bother trying to use the air fry rack to put your cookie sheets on. It's not level because of the basket so unless you're using the air fry function, this entire rack is useless to you. I'd be less disappointed if there was a way for the basket to come out and I could convert the rack to a full rack. Or if Frigidaire supplied a fourth rack so you could swap them out.

Great features

My only complaint is that the customer has to put the stove together... for example the handles and the filler that attaches to the back of the stove. Other than the delivery issues because of thses 2 things we love our new stove.
