We were getting random beeps from something in our kitchen with multiple new appliances & found it was this stove. The console would beep and display the + and - symbols lit up then a few minutes later beep again & the symbols would be dark. This happens numerous times every day. And just the other day it displayed the error code F16. I've only had this stove for a month & now I'm worried about the problems already. Also the air fry mode creates so much smoke when the oven door is opened it's terrible. I had my previous Frigidaire stove for over 23 years & never experienced as many problems as I'm having with this new one which was why I went Frigidaire again. Obviously not the smartest decision I've made.

Can't adjust broil temperature!

Very disappointed - did my research, reviewed the owners guide before making my purchase only to be told that even though the manual says you can adjust the broil temperature; the reality is that you cannot as the model is not designed that way!
They suggested to move the oven racks up or down in order to control the broil temperature radiating on your food - seriously?
Not happy at all.

After researching the Owner's guide for this model, on page 31 under the "Using the Broil Feature" broil is preset to 550°F. Should you have additional concerns, we are here for you. Poor quality

This stove is absolute garbage. Purchased one, luckily with warranty, lasted about a year and a half. Replaced by a new one with the warranty. Then that new one lasted just over one year.
Don’t expect to get more than 2 years out of this junk.
Sadly I’ve fallen victim to Frigidaire stoves. I am currently on my 4th stove in 9 years.
Extremely poor quality.

Incessant beeping from controls and timer very hard to set

Range just under a year old, timer now unable to set. Beeping from the range at all hours of the day and night. Front electronics panel replace and problem has returned in just over a week. Not happy at all.

Not working

I bought mine last year in July, 2021, we moved the range to put in flooring guess what moved it back and the oven would not work!! Had to contact The Brick to get it fixed! Waiting for a part!! Called the company who is fixing it, they got the part in yesterday guess what I have to wait till Monday to get it fixed!! I am not happy , I bought it for the purpose of the airfryer!! I am unhappy without my oven!! I move the range and this happens!!!!

Don't buy from this company!

Range is not made well, spent 1 year of its life being "repaired"; control board took 10 months to replace. We are now into second year fighting fridgidair or electrolux on getting this lemon replaced after many issues. Fridgidair will make up every excuse not to honor warranty. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable brand.

Not what I was expecting for the price - disappointed

Just bought that model and it was delivered 2 days ago. The look is amazing. For that is another story.....I'm disappointed and I regret having picked this one over the other brand I was looking at.
VERY NOISY OVEN FAN. This is not my first convection stove, so I know that convection pven have fans. I had 2 other brands and they operated quite silently. This one is in my opinion VERY NOISY when the fan kicks in, which is often even when not using the convection modes. It even vibrates. It appears that I'm not the only one complaining and that the problem has been around for a while. Surprised no one at Frigidaire thought to assess the issue and find a solution.
Fahrenheit only; what about Celsius? (I was told when I bought it that it was possible to set it. Not). Most of the world uses Celsius.
Oven temperature increment - 25F at the time 350, 375, .... that's a lot. It should be possible to adjust the temperature 5 degrees at the time.
Glide rack: To use it you need to remove the top rack. I would recommend that Frigidaire adds one additional notch at the bottom. The glide rack stands at 7 in / 18 cm from the bottom. Quite a lot of wasted space.

Safety hazard, poor quality

this range is not safe. The knobs are big and very easy to be turned on by accident while cooking or cleaning around it. Once we had the self cleaning turned on by accident and we didn't know until our whole house was in filled with smoke and the alarm went on.
The oven temperature is not accurate. Very hard to bake cakes. Good for pizzas and meat if that is all what you need it for. Cooking surface got easily chipped - never had this issue with
