Range Surface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range surface is difficult to keep clean. I had a glass top induction before and it was so easy to spray with window cleaner and have it shine. This surface attracts and holds onto every splatter or drip and rarely seems to look good. Using vinegar and baking soda finally made it look new. I am afraid to use the air fryer because I know it will make a mess. Bottom line is I do not like the range at all. I wanted front buttons instead of a control panel because the buttons for the oven became more and more unresponsive until they didn't work at all. I made a poor decision in my choice.

The cooktop should be cleaned with a ceramic cooktop cleaning cream which leaves a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions. Regarding Air Frying, when using the Air Fry Tray, put a baking sheet on a rack or two below the Air Fry Tray. This keeps drips and crumbs from landing on the oven bottom, where they can burn and create smoke. For additional protection, place some foil-lined parchment paper on the baking sheet. Parchment paper traps oil and keeps it from smoking. Use cooking oils that can stand up to a high temperature like avocado, grapeseed, and peanut oils. Cooking sprays made from these oils are available at the grocery store. Keep foil, parchment paper, and bakeware at the bottom of the oven. The oven bottom needs to stay clear so air can circulate. Don’t overcrowd the food on your baking sheet or on the Air Fry Tray. If air can’t circulate around each item, the cooking and crisping process may slow down and allow more grease to settle or drip. If your catch-tray is smoking, try placing parchment paper on it to hold grease. Air fryer fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven and was very excited to get rid of my air fryer. The feature in theory is great however it causes a tremendous amount of smoke from the drippings into the pan.
Also, I have the meat probe to test for temperature and it does not work at all. I have followed the instructions but nothing. I wish it would have functioned like I wanted it to!

Repair require in less than a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, at 1st when the range came we were totally excited to start using as we waited due to backorder, now that we have started using it a repair was needed to the front and grill burners because they just stopped working all of a sudden, we have had the range for less then a month. Also, the parts apparently needed arrives to owners home but separate because this repair requires 2 pieces one came in and now we are still waiting on piece number 2 it has been over 8 business days now.

Beautiful addition to our new kitchen!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased our first home and have been doing a renovation overhaul of the kitchen and bathrooms. This range was a GREAT addition to finish out our beautiful new kitchen. The extended stovetop panel is great for when you have multiple large pans/ pots on the stovetop at a time. The elements heat up very quickly and evenly, it had a large stockpot boiling in no time flat. The aesthetic of the range is exactly what I was looking for with the front knob controls and sleek stainless steel look.
My husband's favorite feature BY FAR is the internal air fry capability and tray. He has certainly used it to the fullest in the short time that we have had the range.
Please excuse the wall in the attached pictures- the last project is backsplash :) Overall we are very happy with this range and look forward to using it for years to come!

Better than Expected!

The air fry process is seamless, and the cooktop and oven warm up in no time. This stove has allowed me to reduce my cooking time, which is always a win. Very happy with this stove so far!

Clean Classic Lines with Modern Functionality

The air-fry function is really good for larger families with kids but the clean up is a little messy. We now put aluminum foil on the bottom of the oven before we use the air fry basket. Toss and replace makes clean up simple!
