I am looking to purchase the microwave with oven wall unit the professional version. The look of this appliance is beautiful. So far love everything. I also purchased the backsplash and 5 year warranty.

Hi there! It's great to hear that the refrigerator is working well for you! Prior to using your cooktop for the first time, apply a ceramic cooktop cleaning cream (available in most hardware, grocery, and department stores) to the ceramic surface. Clean and buff with a clean paper towel. This will make cleaning easier when soiled from cooking. Cooktop cleaning creams leave a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions. You can also try to remove scratches from glass stovetops, by applying a paste made of baking soda and water to the scratched area. Using a soft cloth or sponge, gently rub the paste in a circular motion. Remember to be gentle during the process to avoid causing further damage.
