External knobs are very hot during oven running.

The oven knobs get very hot during oven air fry use. This is not normal and safety hazard if my kids touch it and can get first degree burns. Going to refer to Frigidaire to troubleshoot and repair or replace .Purchased just under a month

Terrible Stove

Control board failed twice during our 1st year. So repairs were covered. Then has failed again since, which was expensive. Continue have smaller issues like the stove randomly beeps at you 80 times a day or F16 errors which need to unplugged or cut breaker for 30 seconds.

Good stove

Seems good so far. It’s annoying that when you lean over the front you constantly are hitting the controls on the front.

We’ve had this range for a year and a half and have hated it from the start. Very noisy oven fan, sounds like you’re on a plane only it’s intermittent —so extra annoying. You put the oven to a temperature, open it for a few seconds to put in baking sheet and it loses so much heat and takes time to reheat that you don’t know how long to bake anymore! Same with roasting, makes roasting turkey on holidays extra stressful since this oven is all over the place! Stove is fine (front right burner does NOT boil water any quicker than the other burners either though). I miss our GE, we only got rid of it because we did a reno and wanted an updated looking range. This looks pretty but that’s about it.

i have this stupid thing I wish I kept my 20 year old range way more advanced

I think new home appliance are build just stupid. first yo have a fan at the back of this oven that blows great or what ever you have in your oven all over the place. you end up cleaning your oven all the time which by the way you have to take the racks out and scrub each square of the rack individually on 3 racks to have them clean. then your not supposed to put your pot on the burner unless its the size of the burner or it can wreck the burner ya that never happens because of the weird sizes. I wish I kept my 20 year old kenmore flat top works way better was way more advance than this one and you never worried about dumb things like this

Cooktop scratches if you use metal or ceramic pots

Cooktop scratched the first time I used it. Metal pans or ceramic pots scratch the cooktop. Cooktop is extremely hard to clean. Cooktop runs extremely hot. Will burn rice in under 10 minutes on 6. Oven runs hot. Food went from frozen to burnt in under 10 minutes at 350, After 18 years my Whirlpool had no scratches on the ceran cooktop. This one was scratched when it arrived and got worse the first use. Extremely dissatisfied.

Hi Angela! We certainly want to be there when one of our owners needs help. Its recommended to always lift cookware before moving on the ceramic glass cooktop. Cookware (cast iron, metal, ceramic, or glass) with rough bottoms can mark or scratch the cooktop surface. On your range, the element temperature rises gradually and evenly. For efficient cooking, turn the element off several minutes before cooking is complete. This will allow residual heat to complete the cooking process. Please review manual for surface setting controls. However, we'd like to look into this issue with the oven over heating. At your earliest convenience, please contact our Canadian Customer Service Department at 1-800-265-8352 from any Canadian number, Monday– Friday from 8:30AM to 8PM EST.

I love this range so far, have had it only a short while and have 1 problem .... How to get the timer to beep/make a reminder tone when the timer ends, it counts down but does not make any sound ... how do I access the user preference display?
