I purchased this professional range in 2021 and am dissapointed that both end knobs are loose and come off? Is this normal or not?

Hi, Kel7. We can understand your concern about the knobs. It’s perfectly normal for your knobs to turn with ease. Keep in mind, that most of our appliances are ADA (Americans with Disability Act) appliances which require some controls to be accessible with a light one-hand touch from a wheelchair. Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best range we have ever bought. Everything cooks and heats so quick and even. Very pleased with the overall design and function. The only thing I would say that is not totally positive is... The top is not completely flat and does not extend over the counter like all previous ranges has done, so it is harder to clean the top not being flat and we had to buy strips to cover the counter range gap. And the other draw back is the bottom storage draw is not big as others to store all the pans in. Other than those 2 problems it gets high top 5 stars.

Excellent Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burners heat up VERY quickly, are responsive and provide lots of space.
We've tried the air fry which gave nice crispy wings.
It looks great and is a terrific upgrade from our old Jennaire.
