touchpad doesnt work out of the box

Beautiful and works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is beautiful and sleek. It also works great. The sliding rack makes moving heavy pans of food easier. The air fryer is awesome! The only little thing I worry about is the stainless that is on the top above the buttons where it joins the cooktop. It's easy to scratch with heavy pans or stoneware being moved from the oven, so take care of that. That is my only little concerns. Otherwise this is a super appliance and make our kitchen look awesome and function well!

Looks great, some controls could be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The style/look of this range for the price cannot be beat. It looks excellent in my kitchen.
The stovetop functionality is great. As for the oven, the sliding shelf is amazing. My issue is with the temperate set and the timer. The oven temp is set by a dial that displays on the screen; if you're "in between" temps, the oven will continuously pre-heat and beep over and over while cooking. The timer is slow to set and beeps 3 times when it goes off regardless if you cancel it after 1 beep; that's a very minor complaint, however.

Frigidaire professional range

Well, it seemed fine for a month and a half, but I hadn’t even had a chance to try out some of the features before I got an error message and the oven stopped working. Disappointed and giving 2 stars for now. Manual did not help. Will call for service tomorrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest complaint about my new electric range is the glass stove top. It is very difficult to keep clean and shiny. Even if water spills on the hot surface, after it cools, soap and water doesn’t clean it. I use the stovetop cleaner and scrub it but it still doesn’t clean it. It won’t come clean unless I scrap it with a razor blade. It’s a pain!
