Two months in and can’t use oven

Bought this oven 2 months ago. Have hardly used it and now it’s displaying F16 a day before holiday dinner. Not what I thought I was buying. It says professional. I’d expect something close to that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY THIS RANGE

We ordered this range during COVID appliance shortage so long wait time was not the issue. The oven temperature is not consistent. The range will say 450 but the oven thermometer I put in the oven says 380. Had it repaired twice and it works for a few weeks, then temperature is inconsistent. The cooktop bridge burner is poorly designed as well. If you have front and back set at same temp with bridge on, the back is hotter. The bridge draws power from the front. Repair technician states poor design and does not have power regulator to ensure even cooking so good luck cooking pancakes on griddle which was the main point of getting this one. We have had this oven for one year and had the service repair team out 5 times. Our last Frigidaire oven worked great, I never thought a appliance could not work this badly in less than a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks pretty but poor cooking results

We bought this stove just over a year ago, it worked well for about six months. The oven couldnt maintain the set temperature, especially on Convect bake. Problems escalated and now the oven has a mind of its own, it turns itself off. Shows the temperature probe is in use when it isn't. Sticks at a certain temperature and won't climb to the desired temperature. My Yorksshire puddings are always a FAIL after 30 years of making perfect ones. This is supposed to be a high end appliance, worst stove I have ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stove top knobs turns on accidentally. Can cause a fire!!

Stove top knobs turn on accidentally! Since my appliances were delivered in December I have had a problem with the knobs on the stove top turning on accidentally. I have to double check before I leave the house for fear of some thing getting on top of the stove top and causing a fire! Tonight I Was washing dishes and left an aluminum tray cover On burner it’s soldered the cover to the stove top Cannot be cleaned! Could have caused a fire I’m 74 old and live alone! No problems with my other Frigidaire stores I owned two, One in the basement and one upstairs they were wonderful and the one downstairs is great no problem no issues with the knobs

Nice industrial look

No issue the 1st time we used it. The 2nd the oven displayed a F16 error code. Shut off breaker and let it sit for 5 mins. Then turned back on, set it to bake at 250F and it appears okay. Owner’s manual doesn’t explain the different error codes. Thought we got a lemon but it’s been okay once. Time will tell…

My Frigidaire Professional Series slide in oven

Bought this a month ago and so far so good! Love the look of it, but a little disappointed in the Air Fry function. Followed the directions but still not nearly as good as my stand alone air fryer. Also for the first little while the Hot surface light would intermittently not go off when the surface cooled, bit that seemed to have disappeared recently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the range but the extending tray broke and we can’t get ahold of Frigidaire for service

We love the oven but a spring on one one of the pans broke and Frigidaire is not a so for warranty service.I’ve been calling Frigidaire.ca warranty for 2 months. Every time it says due to high call volume I need to call later. Also have emailed twice and never receive a response. Would not but other products based on difficulty with service. (No service)

Love my Frigidaire Air Fry Range

Replaced an older 15 year Frigidaire range with a new air fry Professional model. Amazing air fry that makes food extra crispy. Only comment- bring back the glass over counter model. It was so much better than dealing with the dreaded gap.
I would recommend this to a friend!
