Poor workmanship

Had to replace to solid state controls as soon as I got it.

Was cooking pasta on the stove, the glass cracked and delaminated.
I was told it was my problem.
Burner overheating and damaging the glass is a documented problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Burners heat up quite quick. Cooks and bakes evenly. Love the new look to my last Frigidaire stove. The only downfall to my last stove is that you can’t tell which burner is actually still hot. I also wish that the burners did not take quite so long to cool down. Other than that it’s thumbs up to this stove. I have not used the cleaning port of it yet, so I cannot review that and I have also not use the air fryer yet.

Quality Build and Excellent Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model to replace an older range, the oven of which was rendered inoperable when the electronic controls failed. In addition to Air Fry capability, I wanted touch display functions kept to a minimum. The front-mounted mechanical controls are ideal for my purposes. The cooktop is extremely efficient. Installation was a breeze.

Nice features, troubleshooting lacking

We go to the owners manual to look for error message information. No information. Go to the internet. No information. We finally unplug and replug and it clears. Still do not know why.

Overall good but some issues to fix

Fast heat on burners and oven. Nice appearance. Very solid. Nice upgrade from our old range.
Things we would change:
1. The drawer under the oven for lids is too shallow. I can only fit a few lids in before they hit the top. My old range had a much deeper space for more lids. Why not give up one or two inches in the oven to provide a decent sized drawer for lids?
2. The digital timer is nice but once set it cannot be adjusted up or down. I have to cancel and restart it. Why not provide the + and - buttons so I can add a minute or two easily.
3. It arrived with a small dent on the top stainless steel front which I did not see initially. I will just have to live with it.
4. The heating elements do not come up to medium heat, they come to hot heat for a shorter amount of time and cycle on and off to achieve medium heat. That is not like our old stove that heated to medium and stayed there. Time will tell if it is as functional.

Best Range Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it took three months to receive it, it was well worth the wait! Air Fry works great! {just don't use too much oil on whatever you're air frying!} Convection setting bakes well. Definitely worth the high price!

Love the look. Overall a good stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One disappointment - the storage drawer is much shallower than it appears from the outside.
One problem - I have used the broiler twice. Both times it gave off a horrible odor that remained in the house for at least a day. I bought the stove in the winter, so windows are closed. I plan to wait for a warm day to open all the windows before I try it again.
