OK but missing a part out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful stove, works well, would give it 5 stars BUT: out of the box was missing a small nut so a front leg could not be attached firmly and range could not be leveled to the counter height. Still waiting for service. This should not happen with a well known company which I would expect to have well established production and inspection protocols. It makes me wonder about ongoing reliability. I'll wait and see.

Technical issues and long delays but like it now that it's working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First unit arrived 10 days later than the ETA. Oven stopped working immediately.
Replacement unit (same model) took 1.5 months to arrive but works.
Mostly happy with the functionality. A little more complicated than it needs to be but getting used to it. The induction burners work great except there's not enough control at higher temps--primarily between 9 (max) and 8, which is too big a step down in heat.

Bougie Yet Easy to Use

At the same time, it’s easy to cook on, and extraordinarily easy to clean - love that! The oven also offers a variety of cooking methods, heats evenly, and cleans up well. I love the telescoping shelf!
