OK but missing a part out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful stove, works well, would give it 5 stars BUT: out of the box was missing a small nut so a front leg could not be attached firmly and range could not be leveled to the counter height. Still waiting for service. This should not happen with a well known company which I would expect to have well established production and inspection protocols. It makes me wonder about ongoing reliability. I'll wait and see.

We purchased it and cannot figure out how to turn on the bridge mode under the griddle!!!!

Great Product but Factory Warranty Troublesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range top works great. The quick start function is a winner. It reaches temp as fast as gas poered range tops without the noxious fumes. Power boil works well too. Trouble report with oven gasket/ rubber seal responded with part being shipped but owner installation required. The instructions for installing was not with part nor was link to instructions made available.

Easy Going Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought this range to replace a ZLine gas range, which was horrible. This range has a nice oven and the burners are super easy to clean. The only wish I would make is that the oven was easier to figure out in how to turn it on and set the temp. It is not intuitive.

My New Induction Range + Convection Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range top performs perfectly. Setting Dial to A allows a quick heat up. Wait time to reach desired heat is reduced to similar gas ranges. The Power boil setting also works as good or better than a gas range. Range top indicators provide excellent status info on each location.
