[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally use this once a week (so used about 7 times so far). Very happy with the Crystal-Dry drying system that works beautifully, even on coffee cups as long as you have them tilted to allow the bottoms to drain as much water as possible before drying kicks in. Super quiet compared to what it replaced (22 year old Kenmore) and easy to use. Used the quick one hour wash on Christmas Eve (needed quick turnaround) and again, great performance!!

Silent & Cleans Well

The good: the machine operates so silently it's hard to tell if it's on! Thankfully there's a light on the front that lets you know. So far it cleans wonderfully. With our old machine we had to practically wash the dishes by hand before putting them in the dishwasher. It also has four washing zones on the lower rack that you can increase the washing power to all or one or several if you have ovenware amongst your regular dishes that need extra scrubbing. The separate silverware drawer (or for plastic lids or large utensils) is really great. Also, we purchased the white finish and that matches beautifully with our other white appliances.
The confusing: as mentioned, the separate wash zones on the lower rack seem to require the app and mobile device to regulate and adjust. While this can be an advantage to some I prefer to be able to do all adjustments on the controls on the top of the door.
The concerns: it's easy to turn on the machine when you open the door to put something inside. They are touch controls, no buttons, and in addition have a slight delay, causing you to press twice, which cancels the first action. Whereas the dishes come out dry and clean, there is often quite a bit of moisture inside tha machine that may be related to the "crystal" drying technology with this particular model. The aforementioned app is cumbersome. All in all, happy as a clam!

Worth the wait

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to difficulties of past couple of years I could not locate this dishwasher in stock anywhere locally. I was about to give up and buy another brand when it became available again. I am glad I waited. This dishwasher is best I have ever owned and that's quite a few. It's is so quiet I wasn't sure it was working at first. Gets everything super clean and I can hardly believe the amount of dishes it holds. Would recommend to anyone and will never own anything else.
