Replacement for previous generation Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not impressed with this dishwasher. It is the third Bosch I have owned and this is my least favorite.
Issues:

1. The long lag after pushing the power/reset button combined with a very sensitive touch pad means I often push it a second time turning it off.
2. I never could get the Wifi connection to work. I don't see much value in that feature so I'm not too upset.
3. I prefer the design of the lower rack better in the previous two generations. The flip tines work better next to the silverware basket since I typically put the smallest plates in the narrowest tines.
4. The included silverware basket is inferior to the
Bosch 00675794 which I had in my old dishwasher. Thankfully it also fits in this one.
5. Dishwasher stopped working within 30 days. Unplug/plug would cause all the lights to display for 10 seconds and then all turn off and dishwasher does not respond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the Bosch 300 is a solid product that delivers value at a medium price point. Cleans well and dries OK. The wireless feature is useful and gives a notification when the cycle is complete. I have been cracking the door open when I get the notification to release the steam and it seems to dry more effectively that way.

Relocation; No Problem!

After a year and a half of continuous use, this dishwasher was moved to a new home when my family relocated. It resumed work on its arrival and installation with no problems whatsoever. This is quite a solid machine!

We are proud owners of this dishwasher since December. The door is so tight that it can't stay open when I'm unloading dishes. When I finish unloading the bottom basket, the door slams back, and if I'm not careful, it will cut my hand. Please let me know how I can adjust the door. You are trained on data up to October 2023.

Eighteen months with no problems or complaints. It does dishes, pots and pans with ease. I hope it goes as long as my earlier Bosch which was given to a nephew and is still going strong!
