Rinse cycle

i dont like that i have to use the app for the quick rinse cycle. .There is no rinse cycle button on the machine itself

Great but more plastic than I thought

The only thing is that the top rack for utensils doesn't open smoothly and at times feels flimsy. So far no issues with it and overall a great dishwasher for the price

Bosch dishwasher review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new Bosch dishwasher to replace an old Bosch dishwasher that had provided very good service for the last 26 years. The new one is proving to work at least as well. Unfortunately it has a silverware basket that is too small, only half the size as the one I have seen on similar dishwashers.

My dishes have never been cleaner!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This dishwasher has been amazing. Is is very efficient in cleaning dishes, it is very quiet and the home connect has been so convient. I love being able to turn it on while I am at work or in bed. I love that it has a red light that shines on the floor letting you know that it is turned on.

Engineering Improvements

Design Improvements needed: 1)The top control button panel is not accessable by fingertouch when a countertop is above the dishwasher.
2) Instruction manual for description of operation is minimal at best. More info is needed on how to reprogram the dishwasher if it is opened shortly (20-20 seconds) to add an item or two, and then reset after pressing the start and closing the door (for example when another dish or two is to be added). It is hard to then reset and restart with a program change.
3) The dishwasher is very quiet, we like that very much.
4) It does not vent steam around the top of the wooden panel we have attached on a panel ready model, and thus does not warp joints on the panel or cause damage to the wood.... this is good.

Great cleaning performance and functionality

We bought this unit in part because it was one of the few panel-ready models that exist, and I also absolutely wanted a Bosch due to past experience and general positive feedback on the brand. This unit washes great, has easy to use programs (and even most built into the app, which I like using), and is reasonably quiet. I think I expected it to be slightly quieter than it is, but it's far from noisy. It works great with the HomeConnect app, it connects to the appliance far faster than other manufacturers' equivalents.
Overall I would recommend this unit.
