DISHWASHER IS SO QUITE

Wish the unit has a delay start button as my previous one.
Also the rack is not as flexible of you have some bowl and plate mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super clean dishes in a resoonable amount of time and reasonably quiet. It is very easy to keep clean, and I think the red light on the floor has finally trained my family not to open the dw while it it running! I just wish both sides of the middle rack had fold down slots for stemware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our new dishwasher. We like the fact that it is so quiet and is doing a good job cleaning the dishes and glasses.
We do have a couple of suggestions. The information provided in determining the making of the custom panel were unclear. Description of the handle needed and its installation were also inadequate. If it wasn't for the fact that we had a really helpful cabinet maker, we might have chosen a different machine.
The middle shelf which is primarily made for glasses, has quite a large opening at the back of the shelf. We have had a glass slip through the opening during loading and unloading and so can only put something either non-breakable or quite large in those spots.
We are hoping that your dishwasher lasts us for years as our previous dishwasher ( not a Bosch) was installed when we first remodel our kitchen 42 years ago. It did a great job with only minor repairs.

Good technology, poor organization design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the technology but the organization of the racks makes this very hard to load efficiently. Cups are almost always flipped over and full of water. Rarely are dishes dry even though the extended heat dry option is chosen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishes come out dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new crystal drying feature! Our previous Bosch always had wet dishes and this is a fantastic upgrade. The flatware basket is a bit small and flimsy, which is the only disappointment. Overall a great machine!

Quiet and powerful. Exceptional cleaning ability.
Only suggestion for improvement would be an angled top rack to prevent water pooling on all the cups and glassware.
