Broke after 15 months

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This dishwasher stopped working just after 15 months, which is completely unacceptable for a major appliance. The cycles appear to start normally, but about 15 minutes in, the machine stops and never completes the cycle. The soap dispenser doesn’t even open, so dishes are left dirty and the unit is essentially unusable.
What makes this especially frustrating is that it looks like it’s working at first, wasting time and giving false hope before failing every single time. This is clearly not normal wear and tear and suggests poor build quality or a serious design flaw.
For the price and expectations of a dishwasher, I expected reliability well beyond one year. I would not recommend this product and regret purchasing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher does what its name describes: washes dishes. my only knock on it is that it doesn't dry the dishes very well. even when the extra dry is pressed, dishes come out very wet, requiring a towel to do the job. Otherwise seems like a good machine.

Hi, thanks for the review. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. Learning Curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the rack arrangement and how quiet the dishwasher is. Dishes are sparkling clean, even using speed cycle. The downside for me was learning to operate it. After speaking to a Bosch tech,who was very nice, I think I understand it. She did have to perform a reset on it. Overall, I'm pleased.

Is it running? Wow it's quiet!

Leaking within a week

Unit started to leak within a week. Flooded the floor underneath the cabinets. Brand new kitchen. Now the walls and the cabinets have black and blueish mold spots
