Bosch Benchmark Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a fantastic job—dishes come out spotless and dry every time. It's quiet, efficient, and overall a great addition to the kitchen. My only minor complaint is that the delayed start feature is only accessible through the mobile app. It would be much more convenient to have that option directly on the dishwasher itself. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Works better than imagined

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading from an old dishwasher, the Benchmark is amazing. It is super quiet, sometimes I can't even tell its on. No pre-wash required and dishes come out sparkling and dry.

Great dishwasher, stinky warranty policy

The benchmark dishwasher is really great after 7 loads. Why 7 loads after a year? Because of remodel problems for 11 months after purchase, the dishwasher was installed one month before the end of 1 year warranty.
Bosch has a horrible warranty policy: 12 months from delivery, no exceptions. Every competitor will make an exception for installation delays. But not Bosch. My only remedy was to but a one year extended warranty because I had no idea whether the machine was ok.
So great machine so far, bad company policy. I would not recommend Bosch as manufacturer if you have any chance of significant install delays.

Poor manufacturing quality

The first one I purchased lasted 8 months before the door fell down in its own one day. After much back and forth, Bosch finally replaced it as it was still under warranty. The new machine had a warped base plate, requiring the installers much time and trouble to install. After installation, I noticed the floor light (the reason I purchased this model in the first place) isn't working. I'm still waiting for it to be addressed. Feels like manufacturing quality control has gone down significantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a Bosch dishwasher (2 actually) for home renovation. It has not disappointed us at all. It is so quiet you don't know it is running, but more importantly, there is a timer that projects o to the floor telling it is on and how much time is left to complete. The added benefit is the ability to connect to you lot WiFi. If I leave the house I will get a message when the cycle is done. I can also start it when away. My husband loves the light that illuminates the inside of the dishwasher. The dishes come out clean and you have the various cleaning options to choose from.

Don’t buy one!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought the Benchmark thinking it was high end and better quality ... it isn't! We've had the same issue repaired twice in a year. Our previous d/w was an 800 series Bosch - had the same issue. Warranty means waiting for replacement parts and hand washing dishes for weeks !

My dishwasher

Since I was designing a new kitchen, I decided to go with Bosch and dishwasher was one of the reasons to stay with his brand. Specifically I was looking for: panel ready, design and quality. I got in addition to it also WiFi connectivity, the washing time projected onto the floor and LED light inside, which is very rare yet both are practical! Very happy and satisfied so far.

Great Dishwasher!

I replaced my last "quiet" dishwasher with this. This one is amazing. I transferred the panel from the old dishwasher and this one is almost silent. If I get beside it and strain I think I can hear it. It washes dishes and gets them spotless. I really like the timer that's projected on the floor to tell how much time is left. I highly recommend this dishwasher.
