Fine overall but leaves dishes soaking

We replaced an older model Bosch. This new one cleans as well (which is very well) and is just as quiet, if not quieter. I don't like the Hime Connect features and find it annoying that there's no longer a button to delay start - I don't want to fiddle with an app to wash dishes! I also dislike the smaller cutlery basket. But those are both my personal preference.
My real complaint is that the drying performance is terrible. We use the recommended rinse aid and run the auto cycle plus Crystal Dry, and there's still a ton of water left on anything silicone or plastic - far more than with our older model Bosch. We bought this model in a pinch when our old one died and it's fine, but I regret that we didn't have time to do some more research.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rough Start

My new Benchmark dishwasher cleans great and is super quiet.The springs of the door snapped within the first month, first one then the other. Had to have a major repair( although the warranty covered it all). I have owned Bosh in other homes. Never had problem like this ever!

Quiet, great cleaning dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this panel Bosch dishwasher and have not been disappointed. The dishwasher cleans very well without having to change from Auto in almost all cases. It dries quickly and well without using the extra drying options.

Best Appliance Purchase

This purchase is not only replacing the first one, but I installed the old one in our vacation cabin. The quality is top of the line. Highly reccomend this unit.

Great silence dishwasher!

We are very pleased with our new Bosch dishwasher. It is super quiet, cleanes really great, there is plenty of space for plates and we love you can see how long it takes until finished, projected on the floor.

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already had an ultra quiet LG dishwasher but it failed after about 5 1/2 years of service. Consumer Reports rated the Bosch more reliable and the model we purchased was rated almost as quiet as our previous LG. Well, as it turns out the Bosch is quieter than the LG and dries a bit better in less time. We decided on ordering the custom panel version and we are waiting for the custom panel to be installed. I'm thinking the panel will make the unit a tad quieter, so I'm pretty jazzed about that. Thank you Bosch for making such a great appliance.

Our new dishwasher does an excellent job of cleaning. The noise level is quite low. The only negative is the lower rack easily comes off its track but can be returned quite easily.
