Happy with Bosch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought a $2300 GE Monogram. That dishwasher was supposed to be the Cadillac of dishwashers but instead it is an incomplete product. That machine emits so much heat during the drying cycle that it causes condensation to swell and collect on the surfaces all around it. This lead to damage of my cabinets and floors (see photo). I wanted so badly to like that $2300 but after 2 attempts and 5 months of fruitless repairs, I traded it in for my good old reliable Bosch. Please don't give yourself a headache with other poorly designed machines and stick with this Bosch and its trustworthiness and cool ground display.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for two months after not having a dishwasher for six years. I was happy to put dirty dishes (no pre-rinsing per the directions). I put EVERYTHING that would fit in this dishwasher and even the dirtiest dishes/pans/glasses come out sparkling clean. In fact I am embarrassed to say my drinking glasses are cleaner than when I hand washed them. I was going to replace them and now they look brand new! The top rack is an awesome way to clean silverware/lids/spatulas/etc.
This was installed as part of a kitchen remodel so I have run it several times a day for several weeks as I unpack items my water bill has also shown a $20 reduction over last month. I guess you really do is less water using the dishwasher vs. hand washing.

A Pleasure to Use

The design quality is apparent every time I pull out a rack, make an adjustment, or use the app to manage the use profile (don't knock it 'til you've tried it - it's brilliant). I used to wash pots and pans by hand but no more. Flatware tray took getting used to but now it's one of the best features. You name it - design, function, quality - it's all there and worth every penny.

The Bosch is terrific. Absolutely the most quiet dishwasher I have ever encountered. And, the cleaning is so thorough. Everytihng comes out spotless. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch, 1st lasted 10-11 years. It's very quiet, love the lighted interior. To fully dry everything, I recommend you use the sanitize or crystal dry functions. Only thing I wish it had was a larger utensil rack like their previous version. The 3rd top rack is also intended for silverware but we liked having the larger rack below so saved the one for our previous model.

Disappointed Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Bosch diswasher. My first was purchased in 2004 and worked very well. Then I sold that house. We renovated our house in 2014 and purchased a competitor that needed to be replaced. I decided to come back to Bosch however I am regretting this purchase. Although it seems to clean the dishes it fails to dry. We are left with puddles, not drops but puddles of water on the dishes, on the door and the sides. I'm sorry but I am ready to throw it out the window.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
