The Bosch is terrific. Absolutely the most quiet dishwasher I have ever encountered. And, the cleaning is so thorough. Everytihng comes out spotless. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch, 1st lasted 10-11 years. It's very quiet, love the lighted interior. To fully dry everything, I recommend you use the sanitize or crystal dry functions. Only thing I wish it had was a larger utensil rack like their previous version. The 3rd top rack is also intended for silverware but we liked having the larger rack below so saved the one for our previous model.

Disappointed Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Bosch diswasher. My first was purchased in 2004 and worked very well. Then I sold that house. We renovated our house in 2014 and purchased a competitor that needed to be replaced. I decided to come back to Bosch however I am regretting this purchase. Although it seems to clean the dishes it fails to dry. We are left with puddles, not drops but puddles of water on the dishes, on the door and the sides. I'm sorry but I am ready to throw it out the window.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Here are some tips that should help: 1: The use of a rinse agent such as Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. 2: For everyday use we recommend the Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3: Selecting special drying options like Sanitize and Extra Dry, these operate at a higher temperature and help enhance drying results. Lovin My Bosch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I splurged and got the top of the line and I have to admit I'm having a little difficulty with the cycles. With my old Bosch I could shorten the cycle but still select the dry feature. This one... not so easy but I'm not giving up. Bosch makes a fantastic product.

This is the 3rd Bosch dishwasher I have owned in my lifetime (74 years young). Wouldn't change a thing! Custom Distributors' team of professionals (Josh, Q, and Mark) did a beautiful job of installing the new one and removing the old.

Superior in Every Way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 20 y/o Kitchenaid and all I expected was "at least as good" but this machine beats it by a mile. We use the 60 minute cycle most often and I've been loading pots and pans that I used to do by hand. They sparkle. The third rack for silverware is brilliant - thought I'd miss the baskets but don't. And best of all, the drying technology means we can load plastic or acrylic anywhere it fits without worrying about heating element. It's super quiet and the 'timer' floor light is more handy than I'd expected. Upgrading for a better sliding mechanism for the middle rack was also worth it. 150% happy with it.
