Not as good as the Bosch model this replaced.

This machine does not dry very well regardless of the cycle, I have to hand dry most of my dishes after the cycle is over. I even allow it to sit closed for an hour to let it stay warm but it doesn't dry well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A must to buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher just needed to go but I needed a new one that I could put the cabinet front on. This was the one I found and not until installed did I realize all the bonus perks it came with. It is so quiet, you wouldn't know it was running if it weren't for the neat little light that shines on the floor, showing the time left to run. The light inside is another perk I didn't know I would enjoy so much. You can actually see those items that always disappeared in my older dishwasher. I expected to be pleased with the purchase but this is more, so much more. One still has to unload the dishes but they are clean, dry, and ready to be put in the cabinet and drawers. No having to rewash, dry. Just all good to go!

Benchmark Panel ready Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Panel ready Benchmark series of dishwasher is the an exceptional well designed and built appliance. I installed the panel and machine without any issues. The Bosch app enable setup and customization of the machine intuitive and again very straightforward. The quality of the wash cycles have been exceptional, with none of the washing or drying type issues we historically encountered.
This appliance is an exceptional and welcomed addition, that left me pleasantly surprised, as form, fit and function work together flawlessly.

Buggy, control board issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the top of the line model, we shouldn't be dealing with continual errors and system lockups requiring us to cycle the breaker to reset this machine. At least 2-3 times a week since we've got it the entire display will come on, get stuck, and then hopefully reset itself. Sometimes it doesn't and we have to "reboot" our dishwasher.
It's not even that "smart."

Working to get warranty service now. Still waiting.
So much for "best of the best" so far...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easier to wash by hand

I have had so much trouble with this dishwasher. Not draining, not starting, and having to download an app to figure out what may be the problem. I would never buy this brand again. I started with a lesser model and upgraded because I thought maybe higher end won't have problems. Buy a kitchen side and get a reliable appliance.

Exceptional Appliance

No issues and cleaning performance is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this appliance, it definitely eliminates the issues typically associated with this otherwise mundane task. Benchmark Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher replaced an older Benchmark series Bosch dishwasher. All aspects of cleaning are superb. Thankfully the custom panel from the old model fit on the new model without any need for modifications. The only problem I have with the new dishwasher is the illuminated display that shines on the floor showing minutes left in the cycle. The flexible baffle becomes displaced when the dishwasher is opened and the material shifts, moving the cut out hole through which the light should shine to the floor.
