Faulty ignition on burner and I’ve

One of the rear burners has not functioned properly since brand new. The ignition continues to be activated even after the burner is lit. Also the smaller oven makes a loud roaring sound and the flame goes out after it is preheated.

Oven does not heat even. Temp is over 100 degrees off. One side of the oven does not go on.
