Eight burner stove and only one burner can be used to simmer foods. Cannot turn burner height low enough on any of the rest. Slide out racks are weak, when you slide them out they are not sturdy. Roller racks would be better. One grate is different from other three, would be more helpful if all were the same. In instruction book, steps are not in order and some are not very clear.

I love these products. I tried them first in my own house before using for clients. Great appliances and a fraction of the price. The only downside is that it can be hard to get parts
