We just hooked up our oven and there is a loud hissing sound. The fittings are not leaking, it's something inside the oven

The quality of the range is great. Customer service for parts has been great. Not being able to contact someone in technical support by phone is frustrating. I am currently trying to resolve an issue with the small oven and I keep getting an action needed reply.

everything looked good except for the dent

Very professional looking oven. Only problem I had with it was it came with a dent in the bottom right hand side.

Received Brand New Gas Range

We were excited to receive our new gas range. It looks fantastic and we had it professionally installed.
However, the small oven wouldn't operate and we had 40 guests over so we were disappointed that our new stove didn't function correctly.

Other than that great, we hope it lasts a long time and we look forward to using it fully functioning.
