Auger quit after three uses

I love this smoker, but the auger motor quit turning after three uses. I hope their support will be helpful.

Great smoker, but Connection via the app......

setting up the smoker, we had problems connecting, once we finally got the grill connected, there was nothing to control it via the App. The smoker itself smokes the food great. wish there was a better app. there was no notice up any update to the grill needed once it was connected. Overall, will give it a decent review as it does what it's supposed to do. but for the app not working with the grill. yikes.

purchased this grill in February and I must say, it's exceeded my expectations in every way. The ease of use is impressive, the smoke setting is unparalleled, and the additional features like the triple racks and foldable table make it a joy to use. I'm also loving the quick access to the burn pot, it's so convenient. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and couldn't be happier with my purchase!!!!
