No cable included to attach to computer

I had difficulty connecting my computer to the printer. There was no cable included to attach to computer. I had to hire an IT to do it. Even the IT had difficulty at first. She was looking for the cable to attach to the computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always used HP printers so it is a steep learning curve to be able to just press print like I used to be able to do.
The print quality is great and I love that the tank ink is under $20 per colour. Plus it has so many other features and options that I am still learning about.
The reason I switched to a new printer was because it cost me $20 more to buy a new tankless printer than it was going to cost me for a colour and black cartridge for my HP. Glad I made the switch! ❤️

No two side printing

Huge disapointment that ther is no two side printing. If you want to do it, one need to do it manually, putting printed pages back to be printed on the other side. If i knew it, I would never boutght it.

Set Up was easy and was mostly revalued to filling ink reservoirs. Download of the Canon software was almost instant. Then that was it. No issues.

Decent quality of photo output even on a plain paper.
Very fast in eco mode.

Great printer

Printer work great, only one problem, the screen on at the front of the printer is so faint, I have to use a magnifying glass to see it. Print quality is excellent.
