Problems

Works great when it wants to work. But after 1 blend I get flashing orange, then I try to blend it again and I get solid red. And this is after letting it charge all day

Good idea, but terrible battery life

I got this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love the idea of the blender being easy to use and on the go “portable”. However, the battery is awful. I let it charge fully and when I go to blend a smoothie, it only blends for 1 second and the red light comes on and it stops. So I have to plug it in to charge while I have slightly blended ingredients in the blender just sitting to charge. I’ve never been able to make a smoothie quickly with this blender. I still continue to use it because it was a Christmas gift and I like the idea of it. The battery life is the only thing I hate on this product and wouldn’t recommend. It’s never fully charged even when it says it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regret buying this piece of junk! Even following directions. it can't handle any anything. Gets stuck at the drop of anything, can't handle ice like they say it can. always turns red. Then once it does, forget about it working. I purchased this as a hopeful alternative to the blend jet, but is has no power and is full of FALSE advertising!
Stay away from this product at all costs!

Works as advertised and easy to clean

We are on the go a lot and this blender works great for smoothies and protein shakes. It is easy to clean and packs up for on the go. All in all, even with my note below, I am glad we have, I would buy it again and we have already recommended it to a few people.
@ninja if you are reading this -> Why is the top just barely not wide enough for the flat bottom lid to fit inside? I can twist the cup onto the base, drop a container of protein powder and the blade cover inside, and close the lid - making it super portable. EXCEPT the flat bottom to the cup is an extra loose piece that doesn't nest inside the top of the blender cup. I keep trying to find just the right bag or case to keep the blender + flat cup base in so I don't loose it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this item new and trust ninja brand. But this product stop working on first day. Green flashing lights stayed even after changing more than 5 hr. I have never saw this kind of issue with household brand on first day of using. Very disappointed.

Awful product and costs a lot

This product is awful. Tried using it twice since buying it in January. The first experience was awful - you have to sit and constantly shake it to blend anything cold in it and it still doesn't fully blend it. It's why we didn't use again till now and same thing sits and blinks red and won't let you blend it. Then when it turns green to blend - you press the button and it doesn't work. If you somehow get it to turn on - it only turns for two second and then turns red again!
