Glad I found this when I was still deciding on a portable personal blender. Strong motor. First smoothie = milk/yogurt/powder + added frozen solid strawberries - 2 large - 2 medium - and 2 small and it blazed right through and I didn't even have to tilt the blender. Crushes bigger than mini ice cubes. Haven't tried bigger cubes but from what I've seen I believe it will handle it as long as it isn't overloaded. Push button lid springs all the way open to make drinking from spout easy to get at. Nice rubber bottom pad holds it in place. Thick walled cup. The markings could be a little bigger, no big deal. A separate blade piece might be easier to clean, but not a deal breaker for me and knew that going in...and it's still easy to clean. Tactile buttons feel sturdy. Well thought out and very well built.

Very disappointed with this

I bought a blend jet first, then purchased the ninja one. Love all ninja products except this one. Doesn't work as well as the blend jet. Very disappointed on this product. Will not tell people to purchase this product. Product always gets jammed up!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t waste your money

Garbage bought 2 back to back & a banana will lock the blade up & the blender will completely stop working for good.. Straight junk..!

Mine doesn't stay charged. Charged it all night, put ingredients in at home and brought to work to blend for lunch. Battery is already dead. I love the concept, but it isn't worth the money to me. Maybe mine is just faulty.

Great blender for portability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender is great to take on-the-go! The blender is not too heavy to take along. It is rechargeable, which is the best feature. We charge it, and can use it for most of the week. I like that you can just fill, blend, and drink all in one. No need to dirty extra cups. The container is easy to remove in order to wash. The lid has an opening to drink from. The blender works well with frozen fruit and juices. It doesn't blend whole pieces of ice well, but as long as you use crushed/chopped ice, it will blend easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The blue color of the unit is also appealing and stands out in our kitchen. The best part is this blender is cordless for easy travel to the office or just about anywhere. Strong blending power from this little machine. Perfect for mixing that healthy protien shake. A must buy
