Huge Disappointment

This product is a huge disappointment. It is not made for any fruits with seeds . The promised smoothness is not true .

Problems

Works great when it wants to work. But after 1 blend I get flashing orange, then I try to blend it again and I get solid red. And this is after letting it charge all day

Good idea, but terrible battery life

I got this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love the idea of the blender being easy to use and on the go “portable”. However, the battery is awful. I let it charge fully and when I go to blend a smoothie, it only blends for 1 second and the red light comes on and it stops. So I have to plug it in to charge while I have slightly blended ingredients in the blender just sitting to charge. I’ve never been able to make a smoothie quickly with this blender. I still continue to use it because it was a Christmas gift and I like the idea of it. The battery life is the only thing I hate on this product and wouldn’t recommend. It’s never fully charged even when it says it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expect constant disappointment

Absolute garbage! Usually a fan of ninja but I have no clue how this one passed the product testing..
Literary can’t blend anything, forget about anything frozen - definitely not ice! Margaritas from product fotos? That’s actually what fraud looks like
Blade is constantly “stuck” even though it’s blending anything solid. Constant lack of power, can’t function if not fully loaded, regardless if plugged in. Constant waiting.
Reminds me of the old “Xbox ring of death”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Blender that continues to aggravate.

We have 2. They are horrible. First of all, you plug them in they start to charge and appear to be charging and then they stop and you don’t even realize it. Then when you go to use it again, it’s not charged.
Then, on the washing part, you have to wipe off the base where the blade is, but if you get any amount of water in the charging port, then you can basically just throw your blender in the garbage because it will never work correctly again. Why couldn’t they have placed a small rubber seal over the charging port? Who knows.
