Stopped working after 1 week. I usually love Ninja. No clue why. Goes solid purple, hit start, and nothing. It’s fully charged, blades aren’t blocked. Junk
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you have 1 frozen blueberry it won't work. Dont buy

I was already a Ninja Product fan owning numerous Ninja kitchen appliances, but this Ninja Blast is a game changer! When I saw it was coming, I knew I just had to have it. I received my Ninja Blast on April 10th and the first thing I made was a peach smoothie.
6 oz COLD Water
3/4 C Vanilla Yogurt
5 Halved Frozen peaches
Few small ice cubes
Blend for one blend cycle.
It was the smoothest smoothie ever!
It is very easy to clean.
It has a sleek and elegant design. Originally thought that I would store my Ninja Blast in a kitchen cabinet, but it now sits proudly on the counter.
I am extremely happy with my purchase.
Get on the waiting list now, and you will soon be making the best ever smoothie too.

I have been patiently waiting for one of the nicer colors (other than black) to be available, and yesterday I finally received my blue one. I did not receive it as a promotion, I paid for it, and I am glad I did, it is a wonderful addition to my Ninja family. I have the big "ultimate", but this small one for my quick smoothie was just what I always wanted. I came fully charged in a very unique box (which I will keep), I used it right out of the box, and it performed very well, not too loud, 30 seconds and my smoothie is ready. Easy to clean, just run with water once, then add a drop of dish soap and run again, rinse, done. Ninja knows what we Ninja fans need and want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago because I want to trade my breakfast with a good filling shake! This thing is awesome and portable! Not load at all it isn’t the lightest nor the heaviest. The only con I have about this is you have to carry the whole thing so like the blender part when you’re ready to drink your shake is apart of your “cup” it screws off to clean and that’s it. You have to keep it screwed on to drink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this once, and the frozen strawberries kept jamming the blades. I had to keep stopping and stirring the berries. I guess this would work better with fresh fruit as opposed to frozen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smoothest smoothies ever!

I bought two of these in denim, wish I had waited for cranberry though, for my husband for our anniversary. We previously had an Oster portable blender but it wasn’t as convenient as this and the charging cable was just as expensive as the blender for a replacement. When I came across this, I knew I had to have one, because it’s Ninja, one of the best brands around and everything in my house is near enough a Ninja or Shark product. I bought one for me and one for my husband. This is definitely much more quiet than normal blenders. It did take like three rounds of blending in order for my smoothie to be very smooth, by that I mean super creamy and thick. I used frozen fruits and milk and it went through it no problem. Please note you can’t expect the shake with frozen fruits is going to be smooth the first time around as it’s not a plug in blender. Which is fine for me, as long as it has charge to blend that perfect smoothie while away from home, or even at home, I’m satisfied with my purchase. If you like to have shakes/smoothies I would highly recommend getting one. Again, it’s still a blender and it’s still going to make noise but the noise isn’t as deafening as normal home blenders. My cats weren’t even phased by it!

Has great potential

I received this blender as a gift. I think its a great product however there are just a few flaws and with an update it could be a 5 star. I have been able to blend at least 2 to 3x before I have to charge. Its unfortunate that there is no waring indicator that it'll need to be charged before trying to blend and all of a sudden it just stops. I've had to empty the contents of a smoothie into another jar just to charge it. There should be some sort of cover for the usb c port to prevent water from entering when trying to clean the base. The battery life should definitely be reviewed as well and updated.
