Instructions on the installation were perfect, templates very accurate. Went in like a charm. Fits in nicely above stove. Great microwave. Very pleased with purchase.

Very quiet

It does the things we use it for. Which is mostly reheating, popcorn and small cooking jobs. Really the basics of a microwave. It does operate very quietly. We bought it to replace an older model, so it had to be a specific size and color. This was the only one we could find.

Seems to heat faster than my old microwave. Powerful fan (though just two speeds) and the LED light is nice and bright.

Brand new product. Defective out of the warehouse. How?

Unit powered up when plugged in and seemed to be fully functioning so I installed it over my stove top. It is visually a very nice looking unit and all the setup programming (clock, settings, etc) worked fine, but once I eventually needed to actually use the microwave itself it ran for 3 seconds and stopped as if finished. No cooking setting works.
It is alarming that a new product can leave the factory/warehouse without some form of quality control ensuring its full functionality. Now I am without a microwave for the foreseeable future while trying to get service for a brand new item that does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
