Good enough but not great - LOUD fan

We got this because it was one of the few that was exactly the same size as our old one, seemed to have the same features, and was not the cheapest nor too expensive. Fairly straightforward to install but some confusion about the paper template and whether to trim the bottom edge - which is important for the hanging rail. The worst part, though, is how loud the exhaust fan is - much much louder than our old one and the fan inlets are further back so it doesn't draw as well over the cooktop. The light is bright enough but there is only one. It works well enough though and the +10sec and +30sec features are both nice. If you need this exact height and depth, it might be the only option but it's not the best choice for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very impressed!

Bought this to replace my old microwave while renovating the kitchen. Very user friendly. The fan works exceptionally well and isn't overwhelmingly loud. The light underneath is just bright enough for everyday cooking. I am very pleased with this product thus far.

Clear directions - it is easy to use

The microwave is way easier to use than this survey, every time I try to write a black box pops up and I can't see what I'm writing. Microwave look nice works well - glad I bought it!

Microwave good, installation instructions terrible

Been using the microwave a few weeks & it's working well. Installation was a nightmare - the instructions were vague at times; the template to drill holes to mount under the cabinet were off by about an inch on the English side, but correct distance on the Spanish side; while putting it up, the bolt that holds the top mounting screws was so poorly attached that it fell into the microwave, so I had to disassemble the entire microwave to get it back & finish mounting.
