I have had it for about a month. Very pleased. Bought it to replace a microwave which was one year old and kept breaking down. We’ll see how this one does over the next year. I have had several over the stove microwaves and this is the very quietest microwave I’ve ever had. The only question I have is what are the little holes on each side of the case for. I have included photos of each side. Was it installed properly? Or are they holes to put a little screwdriver in to pry it off. Even the installer didn’t know why they were there.

OK, this is not my first microwave, but it is by far the largest. Looks like every other one but open it up , WOW! Its clean, easy to understand features, quietness and internal size make this a home run for us.

My pretty OTR white microwave is performing well & so no concerns. It was a replacement for another brand entirely & so am grateful to have found this one with similar dimensions & deliberately chose a high-performance alternate brand from my previous one. The interior is brightly lit & spills easily wipe clean. The door with handle is good & sturdy. Haven't used it for much more than heating up food & beverages, but it's whisper quiet!

Nice styling.. Operating well so far. The clock lighting is far too bright. At night we have to hang a towel over it to dim it down. Suggest you use dimmer LEDs in the light. Cheers. Thanks for this opportunity to put forward customer suggestions. Great idea.

Bought this to replace different unit which died and needed same size. This unit much better in that the door is more firm, can use timer and cook functions at the same time, and it does all our general purpose microwave things as expected.

Bought in February 2024 from Dufresne, had to wait for it but well worth the wait. Very satisfied would highly recommend.

This is less than a month old and I love it. I was afraid that it would stick out too far from the cupboards but it is a perfect fit. The white colour looks great with my new gray cabinets and other white appliances. It was a breeze to install.
